It’s our goal to exceed your dental implant expectations in Salt Lake City, UT, from your first consultation to final restoration visit. Every person who walks in as a patient, walks out as a member of our extended family. From our front office staff to Dr. Robert Palmer, we work together to make you feel at home. We love providing personalized tooth replacement options because restoring peoples’ smiles and oral health embodies what we do every day—clinical excellence combined with compassion. Unlike many corporate implant centers and even some implant specialists, we never offer “one-size-fits-all” treatment.

MEET OUR COMPASSIONATE TEAM
Many people don’t know what to expect with dental implants and this can prevent them from seeking the smile they deserve. We have the experience, high-tech resources, and passion to provide you with a healthy smile that lasts a lifetime. At your first personalized consultation, you’ll meet Dr. Palmer to discuss functional and aesthetic goals for your new smile and receive a comprehensive dental exam. Our low-radiation cone beam scanner (CBCT) and intraoral scanners allow us to pre-plan and personalize your dental implant surgery. This eliminates the possibility of error and ensures a high degree of precision.

Dr. Robert Palmer has advanced training in dental implant surgery, helping more than 1,000 patients in Salt Lake City return to a confident, functional life. He believes in leveraging the latest sophisticated technology to deliver treatment options that are gentle and highly effective. Offering everything under the same roof by a single, compassionate team saves you time and money. The benefits of choosing SLC Dental for a happy, healthy smile include:

PAIN-FREE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We disclose fees upfront, so you know what to expect from day one. We accept major insurance plans file insurance on your behalf, and also partner with third-party financing companies that offer manageable monthly payments.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING GUIDED IMPLANT SURGERY
When you return for the placement procedure, you can choose from one of several gentle sedation options to reduce anxiety and pain. We use digital surgical plans created during your first visit to custom design a surgical guide fabricated with our own 3D printer. Dental implants are placed in areas of your jaw that have dense bone and positioned to optimize the fit of your final teeth. If necessary, we can usually extract any remaining teeth and perform bone grafting during the same appointment. You’ll leave SLC Dental with an attached set of comfortable temporary teeth that function fully and look natural.

NEW SMILE FOR LIFE
After your dental implants are placed, it takes at least three months for your gums and jawbone to heal. During this time, the dental implants fuse with your bone to create a strong base for your final set of teeth. When healing is complete, you’ll return to our office for your happy, healthy new smile created from high-quality zirconia. With a fully renewed smile, you’ll once again be able to live a confident and healthy life!
